Hi Everyone.
Sorry for the long absence. I recently split up with my Husband & I lost my creative ability & motivation for a while. Don't worry it is back now! Not only that, but now I can make papercraft projects at any time of the day or night without worrying about disturbing anyone - fantastic! There have been so many exciting developments at Stampin' Up! since the last time I blogged, it is going to take me a while to catch up.
The most significant change is our Colour Renovation. One of the things I have always loved about Stampin' Up! is their colour families. It makes crafting so much easier when you know that your inks, cardstock, designer paper, ribbons & accessories are all going to match perfectly.
With the Colour Renovation, the colour families are being completely re-designed and modernised. Unfortunately that means that we will be losing a number of colours, but don't worry as they are being replaced by exciting new colours.
We will now have 40 base colours in the 4 new families - Brights, Subtles, Regals & Neutrals. Each year, 5 In-Colours will be released to keep the palette fresh & they will stay in the collection for 2 years. This means that by 2011, we will have 10 In-Colours.
Any way, enough chatter, click on the links above to see the new colours. These will be available for purchase once the new catalogue is released on September the 1st
